Recently, she embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Colombia, where she now oversees LATAM and US customers for Cascade. This bold move was fuelled by her passion for embracing new challenges head-on, and her commitment to growing in the field of customer success. In her new role, she's diving into the world of strategy execution with eagerness to learn and grow. She's quickly learning the ropes, ensuring customers run their strategy efficiently and guiding them towards realising their vision.

  • Exceeding Expectations: Since joining Cascade in August 2023, Alice consistently surpassed expectations, closing deals early and fostering strong customer relationships that minimized churn and boosted Gross Recurring Revenue (GRR).

  • Strategic Acumen: Alice demonstrates a strong work ethic and initiative. She independently utilized internal resources to rapidly gain strategic knowledge, enabling her to effectively guide customers through best practices.

  • Team Player: Alice exemplifies a true team player spirit. She volunteered to support a colleague on maternity leave by managing their EMEA customer base and handling upcoming Q3 renewals, adding significant workload to her own schedule. She did this without requesting additional compensation, prioritizing team success and company goals.

  • Global Mindset and Flexibility: Despite being based in Bogota and traveling to France in April, Alice demonstrates a global mindset by readily taking on the additional responsibility of managing EMEA customers. She is willing to travel again in August to ensure customer renewals are secured.
