Who we are

What started off as a chat between two “non-techies” bonding over following similar career paths quickly turned into Women of Customer Success: the first global community for women in CS/CX. 

Women of Customer Success is a global community for all womxn in Customer Experience - or those wanting to break into tech. We’re on a mission to help women in customer success and experience meet, ask questions, share best practice and learn from one another, no matter what their career stage.

  • We are a global community aiming to help women - those who don’t want to code - break into, and succeed in tech. We are here to spread the word about the variety of customer facing roles that are available in tech.

  • We exist to help our members meet, ask questions, and share best practices & resources to help build successful Customer Success careers. We exist to close the gender gap in the technology industry by raising awareness of these roles to women, and helping them to achieve success in their careers.

    • Women in Customer Success/Account Management/Customer Experience roles - from newbies to leaders alike

    • School leavers and graduates interested in a non-engineering career in tech - whether you have a degree or not

    • Women returning to work at any life stage

    • Those wanting a career change into tech, but don’t know where to start

    • Diversity & Inclusivity: We value and embrace diversity of thought, experience, age, personality, religion, cultural background, and so much more. We’ve created a safe & inclusive space to celebrate, and be meaningful to, every woman.

    • Women Supporting Women: It’s no secret that women are still significantly under-represented in tech, and some challenges we face are specific to our gender. Our community aims to create a safe space to inspire and overcome these issues.

    • Deep Listening: We’re a women first community that care about what you have to say. Because your voice matters and you deserve to be heard. Our members should feel comfortable to express any questions or thoughts around Customer Success. Our community is dedicated to listening.

    • Learning & Career Accessibility: we are committed to creating both digital and in-person opportunities for all of our members to take advantage of, no matter where they are located
